I am Chaila Mustapha, people call me Chelly (not my mama obviously). I am a health Officer currently at a private company.I have a passion  for reading and writing so i thought why not write about the things i love most..which is why i found this blog.It should be interesting, useful and of course fun. Our life without good health is nothing, stay with me so you get different insights on different issues on general health and hygiene and make a difference with yourself and others.
